It’s hard for us to see animals neglected, mistreated, or abused. After all, God gave us stewardship over these creatures. Isn’t it our job to protect them? In this episode of Wonders Without Number, Joe Hubbard talks about animal rights and how Christians should respond. Are there aspects of the animal rights movement that have gone too far?
Joseph Hubbard entered university in the UK at the age of 16, where he earned his degree in Paleobiology. He has worked as a zookeeper, has earned qualifications in zoology, and has done research on rapid fossilization, herpetology, and native species conservation. Joseph Hubbard is the Director of Creation Research UK, and is a speaker, writer and researcher for Creation Research Worldwide. He has been working with Creation Research since 2014, but has been involved in creation-based ministry since the second half of the 2000’s. In 2012, he also founded the Genesis Museum of Creation Research, which was to become Creation Research’s first UK museum. He remains as the curator and director of the museum today, where his new finds and research are continually added to the displays.
