Description

What are Evolution’s Achilles’ Heels?

Evolution’s Achilles’ Heels (illustrated in full color) directly demolishes the very pillars of the belief system that underpins our now-secular culture —evolutionary naturalism. It’s coupled with the Biblical command to reach the lost with the Bible’s Good News. In a nutshell, it’s a comprehensive outreach tool like no other.

Appropriately, the Achilles’ heels of evolution are often in the very areas widely considered to be impregnable strongholds of this belief system. These areas are the topics systematically covered in both the book and documentary. They are:

– Natural Selection
– Genetics and DNA
– The Origin of Life
– The Fossil Record
– The Geologic Record
– Radiometric Dating
– Cosmology
– Ethics and Morality

We believe evolution theory has no answer to these weaknesses, once properly explained and understood. Like no other work that we are aware of, Evolution’s Achilles’ Heels is authored by nine Ph.D. scientists to produce a coordinated, coherent, powerful argument against the philosophy of evolution. All of the authors received their doctorates from similar secular universities as their evolutionary counterparts. Each is a specialist in a field relevant to the subject written about.

The nine Ph.D. scientists who author this book are Donald Batten, Robert Carter, David Catchpoole, John Hartnett, Mark Harwood, Jim Mason, Jonathan Sarfati, Emil Silvestru and Tasman Walker. The Foreword is written by Carl Wieland. The book was edited by Robert Carter.

Rather than choosing to confront areas that might be regarded as soft targets, “Evolution’s Achilles Heels” represents a well-argued frontal assault on what many would see as invincible strongholds for today’s evolution-grounded, anti-theistic establishment thinkers.

Are there any arguments left for evolution? There is really only one: ‘I don’t want to believe in a Creator-God, I don’t want to be accountable to anyone for how I live, and evolution is the only alternative, so I am going to believe in evolution regardless of what the evidence shows and proves.’

Outstanding. Best I have ever read on Evolution. I was pleasantly surprised to find a good defense for the young earth idea that deals with astronomy and cosmology issues (which were the main things I was using to hold on to a “billions of years old” argument.) The genetics discussion is very technical, but devastating for those who want to hold on to Darwinism. Other discussions are not quite so technical, but still very solid science. Great stuff on geology and fossils. And the moral argument at the very end is in my opinion, irrefutable. This book should be studied by anyone who has to defend their Christian beliefs to anyone who touts “Y’all are all rednecks to believe the Bible. Evolution is real science that is fact”. No, it is not and never has been.
