Genuine Fossil Brachiopods
Previous to the biblical worldwide flood, brachiopods were among the most wide-spread and numerous of creatures in the sea. Brachiopods at first look a lot like clams but are actually an entirely different kind of creature. Clam type mollusks have basically two matching shells whereas brachiopods have completely different upper and lower shells. Only a small amount of varieties of brachiopods survive in the seas of today.
