From the author of Frozen in Time comes The Frozen Record, a technical monograph on ice core dating dealing with the origin and development of the Greenland and Antarctic ice sheets and the differences between the creation-flood and evolutionary-uniformitarian models for dating. Were there many cycling ice ages or just one Ice Age? Are there serious errors with annual layer counting, glaciological flow models, reference horizons and the Milankovitch mechanism? Is ice core dating often skewed because old age is often assumed and automatically built into the equation? A thought-provoking and informative technical study for every scientist.

Michael J. Oard earned his M.S. degree in Atmospheric Science from the University of Washington. He retired from the National Weather Service after 30 years as a professional meteorologist. He has published numerous articles in creationist periodicals, has authored four other books on the Ice Age: An Ice Age Caused by the Genesis Flood, Ancient Ice Ages or Gigantic Submarine Landslides?, The Missoula Flood Controversy and the Genesis Flood, Frozen in Time: The Woolly Mammoth, The Ice Age, and the Bible, and with his wife coauthored the children’s book Life in the Great Ice Age.
